Natalie is a British artist living near Wimbledon in South West London. She paints in oils and pastel. Her aim is to create atmospheric paintings, based on honest observation, conveying a connection to a place she has recently visited. Nature is her primary guide. Daily dog walks are her constant inspiration for painting subjects.

She sketches and paints as much as possible from life, en plein air, using charcoal, graphite and watercolour, and then returns to the studio to compose larger paintings in oil and pastel, relying on recent sketches, photos, memory and notes.
