Jennifer has qualifications in education, mathematics, and fine art, and was head of textiles at Morley College until her retirement. Much of her work is geometric, and she has always been interested in the way a single unit changes when repeated over a larger area. Recently she has been using a combination of paper, found objects and screen printing . Her quilts are designed to hang rather than be used as bed covers, and have been widely exhibited in the Uk and abroad.
